design

All of our semi-custom designs are printed as-is (with the exception of altering the wording), however you are free to change the colours, papers, and print methods as you wish. You also have the option add custom venue illustrations, monograms, and finishing materials to your suite.

We require 4-8 weeks to design, print, and ship it out to you. The delivery time will vary based on location.

order

We have a minimum order of 10 pieces, which accounts for the cost of labour and materials required for each order.

You may request our sample kit which includes swatches of all of our cardstock and envelope colours, digitally printed ink samples, and two wax seal colours of your choosing. Please contact us at hello@creamandclay.co if you would like to request this.

Envelopes are included for all save the date, invitation, RSVP, and thank you cards.

We allow additions to the quantity and specifications of your stationery as long as they’re requested before the order has been approved and sent to production. Note that additions will be invoiced accordingly. However, you will not be able to reduce the quantity or remove specifications from your order after placing it.

Our full service assembly is available for those who would like us to stuff and seal your envelopes for you. If you have purchased any finishing material add-ons (i.e. wax seals, ribbon, etc.), please refer to the individual product listing for details if partial assembly is included.
Otherwise, everything will arrive unassembled.

shipping

At this time we only offer shipping within Canada.

We ship via Canada Post and offer flat rate (1-10 days), Express (1-2 days), or Priority (next day) shipping.
