our process
i. explore our collections
After exploring our semi-custom collections and getting a sense of what you like, please fill our inquiry form (available from your cart or via our contact page) and we’ll reach out with an initial quote and timeline for your stationery. We also offer a complimentary consultation call to help answer any questions you may have at this stage.
iI. book your stationery
If you’re happy to move forward, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total quote before beginning design work. Once you’re booked in, we’ll discuss your colour palette and wedding wording to begin customizing your stationery.
iII. perfect your design
Within one week of booking, you’ll receive a life-like design concept to give you a sense of how your final stationery will look. You’ll be given two rounds of revisions to perfect your design before going to print.
iV. receive your stationery
Once you’ve approved the final design, your order will be sent to production for printing and assembly. We’ll then package your order and let you know when it’s en route to you via tracked shipping.
